The free shipping promo applies only in the USA.  Free shipping is only valid on on orders over $59 and if the promo code: FREE SHIPPING is entered into the discount code box during check out. Free Shipping is limited up to $15 value. If promo code is not entered during checkout, no shipping refunds will be available for the not entering the free shipping code. 

Shipping within the United States

We strive to ship all orders received before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time same business day from our warehouse located at 1419, 640 Glenoaks Blvd., San Fernando, CA. 91340.  We work with all of the major carriers including UPS, FedEx, & USPS.  The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, any C.O.D. fees and any other fees.

 

International Shipping 

Any duties or customs on international orders will be the responsibility of the receiver.

Please be aware of any laws in your area which could affect the timely delivery of your order. We are not responsible for items that the authorities confiscate. We cannot be held accountable for items that are considered illegal in your place of residence.

In the event of a package being returned due to improper address or inability to deliver, there may be an additional charge to have the package re-shipped.

If Your Order Is Damaged During Shipping

    In the event any of your boxes are damaged during shipping you must file a complaint with your driver upon delivery. It is smart to take a picture and document the damage. Always keep the damaged boxes and packing materials. This is necessary for your claim with the carrier.

    If Your Package Is Returned To Our Warehouse

    Please contact Realistic Enterprises LLC (RealisticDildos.com) immediately. Refused orders can be re-shipped at client’s expense one time. Orders returned again will be sent only after pre-payment. The customer will be responsible for 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs on all refused orders.

     

    If You Receive A Defective Item

    Products with manufacturer defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Contact Realistic Enterprises LLC (RealisticDildos.com) representative regarding replacement and return. All returns require a return authorization number.
